To enter your chili in the competition and to go up against The Smoke Doctor you must pre-register, there are a limited number of spaces available.  There is no fee to register to be a contestant. 

Anyone 12 years or older is welcome to participate. 

When you register you are committing to stay for the whole event which runs from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. 

Set-up is from 10:30 am to 11:00 am

Samples will be given to anyone who purchases a ticket for the event.  We anticipate a nice size crowd because of the Smoke Doctor, so be prepared to have enough chili (and any accompanying toppings you wish) to serve throughout the event.  

Patrons will vote for their favorite chilis and the top three contestants will received cash prizes* as well as go up against the Smoke Doctor in a battle for bragging rights and 'Master Chili Maker' trophy.
